Boston Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group

Clare Verrall-Champion (Respiratory Nurse Specialist) invites you to the new Boston Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group which will cover Boston and the surrounding areas including South Holland. Anyone affected by pulmonary fibrosis, including patients, relatives, friends and carers are invited to attend.

The aim of the group is to provide information and support to anyone affected by pulmonary fibrosis and will be a good opportunity to meet others in a similar situation to yourself.

The first meeting was a huge success with a great turn out of patients and relatives. Howard Jones, Trustee at “Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis” attended and gave a talk about the charity,  how it is working to support people with the condition and about his journey with IPF.

Clare has been the group organiser and is present at the meetings to help organise and support future meetings. As well as informative talks there is always time to chat and light refreshments will be served. Anyone affected by pulmonary fibrosis are welcome to attend, patients, relatives, carers friends.
