|Come to the Yorkshire Patient Information Day to hear from leading clinicians and specialist nurses about the causes of pulmonary fibrosis, available treatments , the latest research and how to manage living with the disease. Speakers will include Dr Simon Hart (Hull and East Yorkshire), Dr Paul Bierne (Leeds) and Dr Steve Bianchi (Sheffield). There will be lots of opportunities for participants to ask questions in the sessions and during the breaks.
