In memory of Desmondo – fundraising – #ActionPFcharity

In memory of Des Tibbins, his family took on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon on the 28.07.18.

They said “in memory of our beloved Husband/Dad/Grandad who recently, sadly passed away to this terrible disease – Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Maureen ( wife ) John & Laura (son & daughter) sue (daughter in law) and grandchildren James and George will all take this challenge which for us will be no easy task.
Watching our dad go through this illness made it clear that this disease is widely over looked and not many people (even professionals) know the true extent of what sufferers endure with this terrible illness.
Our aim is to raise as much awareness as we can and also raise some funds in Des’ name so that people diagnosed through the same illness can have full understanding of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and together we can strive towards a cure.
We need your help to raise as much as we can for this amazing charity researching this horrible disease.”

They have raised over £1047 so far. Well done, and thank you!
