East Berkshire Pulmonary Fibrosis Support group launched on the 20th Sept – IPF

The new East Berkshire Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group launched during IPF Week.

Led by Robert Dean, an ILD Clinical Nurse Specialist, the group met on the 20th September in the Windsor Scout Hut, very conveniently situated just off the A308.

APF Trustee Howard Almond talked about the charity and its aims, and the importance of support groups.

The needs of the members were discussed as also the subjects that needed to be raised in the future. It was decided that the group should meet once a month initially to establish itself.

Thank you Robert for the initiative.

The next meetings will be on:

October 18th

November 15th

December 20th

At Windsor Scout Hut, Windsor, SL4 5EJ

Just off the A308/Maidenhead Road

2pm till 4pm
