Anne Doran, APF advocate and IPF patient nominated for Merseyside Woman of the Year 2018!

We are delighted to announce that Anne Doran, APF Voice of Patient council member and great advocate for our charity has been nominated for Merseyside Woman of the Year 2018!

Anne and her daughters (left to right: Louise, Anne and Jenny).

Anne truly is an inspiration and has been a passionate and committed supporter of Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis for many years. Her daughters Louise and Jenny nominated Anne.

Louise says:

My sister Jenny and I nominated our mum Anne Doran for Merseyside Woman of the Year 2018 and she is one of the finalists! Mum has always been there for us and is an inspiration being a magistrate, school governor and working in the NHS at a senior level whilst suffering with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis these past 6 years.

She always puts others first and has never sought recognition at any point in her life but we think she so deserves this! We would very much appreciate it if you can please vote for Anne Doran.

Please do take time for vote for Anne by clicking here to make Anne Merseyside Woman of the Year 2018!
